2024 Race classes

Spec Fuel: VP MS98L or 87 pump gas.  See individual class listings for specified fuel.

Mixing of fuel brands or types is ILLEGAL and will result in a DQ.  Any additives, whether they are performance enhancing or not, are ILLEGAL and will result in a DQ (with the exception of manufacturer additives present in pump gas from the pump).

 

It is advised to purchase pump fuel the day of the race.  A test sample of both fuels will be taken that day and used by Post Tech for comparison.

The K1 Circuit facility has a 95 Db noise limit for all karts.  If your kart fails this requirement, then that kart cannot run on track

Rear Bumper: Must protect the rear wheels and come to roughly the middle of the rear tires. May not exceed the outer plane of the rear wheel/tire. (Exception – Bumper may extend beyond rear tires in rain conditions).

Bodywork: Side pods may not exceed maximum overall width of rear axle.

  • Throttle plate may be stamped 130 or 140. Color            and material used is non-tech*
